CIPLA Volunteering Campaign
To provide strategic creative services as CIPLA launched their internal website and promote volunteering among employees.
Cipla is a leading Indian multinational pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development and production of medicines. It is committed to making healthcare more affordable and accessible to people across the world.
Cipla has an internal volunteering system “CIPLA FOR CHANGE”, which encourages and empowers its employees to participate in community service initiatives. This system allows Cipla to give back to the communities in which it operates while fostering a culture of social responsibility and empathy among its employees.
They were launching a new CIPLA for CHANGE Website – conceptualised, designed and coded with the objective to scale up and make volunteering a way of life at Cipla.
Sunnyday Consulting was assigned to design a campaign that will drive and increase volunteer traffic to the Cipla for Change website and increase footfalls across all Employee Volunteering events.
Task
Design an ‘Out of the Box’ campaign to make volunteering a desirable and necessary activity for all Cipla employees through an interactive and engaging approach.
